How by a rigourous control of the reaction parameters such as concentration of reactants, temperature, stiring rpm, pH of reaction etc. the particle structure and morphology can be modified to give the optimum combination of properties like bulk density (lightness), absorption capacity, surface area, particle size etc. for a particular application.
Fusion Technology
Through Fusion Process :Metallic Stearate through fusion process has been used as lubricants in plastics, mould release agents for rubber, external lubricants for wire drawing and metal working and cosmetic emulsifier.
Our R & D is equipped with all required modern equipment followed by a well advance application lab and is led by a core technical team and several reputed consultants of application industries. Some Achievements of our R&D are -
- High dispersible Metallic Stearate for Paints, Polymers and Plastics.
- Wet process Zinc Oxide with high dispersion.
- Precipitated Zinc stearate of minimum possible particle size and clear transparency.
- Melt and dry transparency in Zinc stearate.
